New purple long tentacle

I just got a long tentacle anemone that is a beautiful purple color. It is very small, but it looks very healthy. I have never owned an anemone, so I have a question. How often do I feed it and what do I feed it?

Thawed meaty items of marine origin, such as silversides, krill, plankton, etc. LTA require deep sandbeds to bury their foot in. Once a week should be good.
