New Pygmy filefish breathing too fast?

So two days ago, I picked up a new pygmy filefish. He's a little guy, about an inch, but his breathing has been much faster than any other fish I've owned and it hasn't slowed since he was first put in. Can you guys tell me if you think something's wrong? I uploaded a video but its not the greatest.

Thanks!

can't tell much by the video. how did you acclimate? is he swimming/eating normally? any tank mates?

Whoops,
I uploaded from my phone, didn't think it was so bad.
I'm looking at the video on my phone and he's breathing about 30 times in ten seconds, which is really fast as far as I can tell. I used the same acclimation that I've done for all my other fish (been reefing for over 6 years) took about 50 minutes so I don't think that is the problem. He's eating fine, but he's been swimming against the glass biting at it a lot and will sometimes swim kinda sideways (he's a filefish though. I've never kept one before, so I don't know if I should be worried about that)

Looks fine. Mine was doing the same thing at first in QT. Now he just hovers around, picking at things. Awesome fish :D
