It is probably a RBTA that is deflated, but it might also be a giant carpet (S. gigantea). If you could take another pic when it is happier, we could make a more definate ID.

it is BTA is long basicly colour is body dark gray

It's a Rose Anemone that's not fully open.

Does the anemone have any blue or purple spots on its underside?

BTAs don't have the spots. S. gigantea usually (but not always) do.
