Im not new here getting back into it after 13 yrs or so been banned from here by tang police a few times

So its Very difficult to express my anger over New Geek Tech.
I wish Red Sea would read this.
15000.00$ Beautiful 950s peninsula built , filled and ready to turn on.
But NOOOOOOOOOO
The so called APP Reefbeat will not download anywhere within 200 miles of my home.
Tried multiple phones in many areas.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO
i can run the reefwaves they have a manual on / off selection
but not the sump pumps.
this is the dumbest most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of
please stop my rant if you know of a way to turn on the red sea 7000 pumps.

I'm waiting till Monday to call red sea and find out the problem
I CAN NOT BELIEVE THERE IS NO MANUAL ON AND OFF

I’m not familiar with the reefbeat app but I’ve never seen that issue that I can recall. I’m presuming you’re trying to download directly from an App Store correct?

Is it the App Store giving you the issue of unable to download or does it start and then just not complete?

Also to your specific pump issue, do you have the ReefRun controller? It looks like it is necessary to operate the pumps manually based on this BRS info and reading the pump and controller manuals:

without an initial setup through the reefbeat app there is no manual "on" switch to turn pumps on without the app
i will contact red sea on monday and find out if im an idiot or their system sucks

i have read that the pumps will run if plugged directly into power supply
in my case the connectors are not the same male female connectors

APP was down for some reason.
Figured 3 days after tank filled its finally running
