New reef tank with hitchhikers and other Q's

Hello,
I am new to reefing, I just started up a 36 gallon reef in the beginning of October.
Everything is good so far, my SG is 1.025, I believe I am done cycling at this point my nitrates are between 5-10ppm, no ammonia, ph 8 & temp 79 F. I only have live rock , sand and two chromis in there now.

I have a question about some live rock hitch hikers whom I have recently found in my tank.
This image below is one of them. I have been looking online, and I haven't found anything quite like this little guy yet.
It has moved to a spot higher up on the live rock, and streches out and grts smaller. It doesn't seem to be doing any harm, all it does it wave around.
I was just curious if anyone has any ideas as to what it might be?

Also I think I have a glass anemone, it is about half the size of a small piece of corn, and it is translucent. It appears to have a base and little curved arms that come up.
Becuase of how small it is, it is so hard to see in the tank that I could not take a picture of it.
It does retract when I touch it. Can they be too small to worry about, or should I do my best to remove it now?

Also two more random question :
I was thinking of converting my aqua clear 50 to a refugium with some macroalgea, is myAC 50 too small to even be one?

When can I add a clean-up crew, and what would be ideal when I am ready?
I like lawnmower blennies and sand sifting gobies, but from I have read I think my tank is too small?

Few things... I cannot view the picture, it says it's not there.
That does sound like a glass anemone, and you can treat it whenever.
Your AC50 isn't really an ideal refugium, but if you keep it from clogging with detritus and turn the algae over occasionally so it gets light, it'll perform as well as it can.
You could keep a lawnmower in a 36, but a sifting goby would strip your sand bare within a few weeks.
As for cleanup crew, you can start adding them slowly as your tank shows the need. If some algae starts, add a few snails. Don't slam a whole crew in at once, you want to build them up based on food supply.

Some more question...

I want to set up a QT tank.
What is the smallest size I can get by with. (considering there won't be big fish bc I only have a 36 gallon).

Can you leave any shrimp or anything in a QT or just live rock?

Last question:
How many fish can I stock my 36 gallon with ? The LFS said 5 to 6 (I definitely want a little clown pair ), any thoughts?
