New Sargassum trigger cloudy eye

My fiancee brought home a Sargassum trigger for me just now I saw the fish a day or two and it looked great. When she got home and I pulled the bag out of the paper bag, I saw the left eye was cloudy. She didn't see it at the LFS and I can't imagine the guy let her leave with it like that.

Any ideas?

My guess would be injury or flukes. You can do a FW dip to see if flukes fall off.

Hopefully it is just injury. Catching the red tail in my 120 will probably be next to impossible
