New setup

First off, I'm not new to aquariums by any means. That being said I'm planning a tank in the next 6 months. If I go discus then I dont need any advice, lol. I'm on the fence with discus and more than likely an aggressive salt tank. Key this time after having reef tanks and Fowlr tanks is that I want minimal maintenance this time. I know with aggressive a cleanup crew is not easy to do. I'm good with live rock and fish. Thinking lion fish, maybe a few varieties and any other suggestions. Dont want to have any crazy lighting needs also. I told my wife I wanted a tank in the new house were building and today doing my job checking out an abandoned storage unit have come across a 210 gallon tank with dual overflows, the sump, pump, and uv. Any suggestions appreciated.

Fish only tanks can be left alone with little to no maintenance as you can basically have very poor water quality and the fish usually do "fine". Algae can be controlled by turning off the lights for days on end..
Bacteria do the most work in our tanks so go plenty of porous rock to give a bunch of surface area for them and you can basically just setup a tank and never need water changes or anything.. Just filling an auto feeder or whatever is all you need to do..
Dont use mechanical filtration either...
So yeah minimal to no maintenance is certainly possible...

I dont mind water changes, just wanted some ideas as it's been awhile since I've had a tank setup. Any suggestions on fish without breaking the bank?

Is the lionfish set in stone? So any suggestions must be compatible with that?

Thanks for the link. They will be in there as I've had them before and know they are pretty easy. Have also had triggers in with them. It's at least 6 months out so no real hurry. Never had a 210 also so want to have some ideas earlier rather than later.

It seems you may have posted after my second response and included a link to an external image or something.. As such this forum "jails" your post and we can't see it until a moderator approves it..
(I can tell you posted only because the topic listing shows you as the last responder to this post)..
Just letting you know what it may take 24 hours or so for a moderator to approve it and us to be able to see whatever you posted.. Don't want you to think we are ignoring you..

Not sure what happened, I may have copied your post. I wouldnt say that lions are a must but I have had them in the past and know they are easy to keep. I've also had triggers. Theres plenty of time to decide, just wanted some suggestions on fish that I may not have tried that also are easy maintenance. This tank is bigger than I had planned but free is hard to turn down. I havent checked for leaks, it may not even work out.
