New Shallow Reef Build

So....tank is ordered! 30x30x14" star fire on 3 sides. External overflow with bean animal. Did a quick mock up below....



Can you guys comment or provide advise on our current equipment list? Haven't placed the order for it yet but want to soon.

Stand- home made
Lights - radion xr30w pro. Will add 2 if necessary later.
Return - vectra M1
Power heads - 2 x Vortech MP10W's
Skimmer - bubble magus 5A/skims 143 monster ???thoughts???
Heaters - Cobalt
Sump - trigger cube or a 30" model
Ato - tunze
Reactors - vertex 1.5L zeovit

Future list....
New Neptune Apex
Neptune Dose for 2 part

Will be a mixed reef with quite a few sps. If I'm forgetting anything please let me know or any recommendations feel free!

Ya I'm hoping so lol. It's so hard starting off a new tank and trying to research what's the best and what's compatible with what especially since we shut down our last reef over 4 years ago.

Looks good! I'm in the planning stages of a 45g shallow tank myself. Too many options to choose from.

16" ghost overflow from synergy reef
Trigger systems Ruby 30 elite
Two Tunze 6040's controlled by my apex
4 Kessil a160's
4 bulb retro fit T5 - 2 coral+ / 2 blue+
Skimmer (toss up between IceCap K2 120 or Skimz SN123 or SN143, maybe Reef Octopus 150INT? )

Nice that sounds like it'll be an awesome build! Why are you going tunze over Vortech?

I have the Tunze pumps already and I don't feel like buying another module to run the Vortechs, but I may change my mind once it's set up and go the Gyre route? Tunze's are great pumps and they're so reliable.
