New skimmer came with a broken fitting

I went to put my new Reeflo Orca 250 together today and found that the fitting that goes from the skimmer to the pump inlet has a large chip where it should meet the union on the skimmer housing. I tried to email some pictures to you but the email was denied (maybe due to the attached pictures?). How do I go about getting a replacement fitting so that I can get this thing up and running?

I feel bad for even putting this post on here. Premium Aquatics has already contacted me to fix the problem. My first email was denied because the pic files were way too big, I downsized the pics and they went no problem. Anyways I would definitely recommend buying from these guys and I know I will be buying more from them in the future. Thanks for the great customer service and the great selection of products.
