New Skimmer

I would like to place my order on Wednesday or Thursday.

I am in need of some interceptor in order to treat everything before I put it in my system. If anyone has any, shoot me a pm. Also, I am willing to treat frags and hold them for a day or two, but anything large or wild will stay in its shipping bag until picked up.

OK the replacement elbow came today and I hooked the skimmer up. So far it looks good.

I doubt that there will be any Eheim 1260's with needlewheels for sale that rival those on the the Deltecs/H@S...That being said, I can tell you that meshwheel modding the three pumps will get you the Deltec performance you're looking for. Based on the dimensions, I would shoot for about 2800 LPH (air) and I think that would easily be achieved with meshwheels. You may have to increase the venturi size a little but that's pretty easy.
