Your tank looks great. Have you always used the Radium 400w20k. Also do you see a big difference in the life of the bulb?
To be honest, i changed the lighting system one month ago, because there was a show off thread about the Radium 20K, the posted tanks there look really nice, so i decided to change the bulbs. Since i changed the bulbs i really notice a fast growing of some of the corals, especially my A. milleporas, A. formosa and Montis. and i like the blue color that the bulbs give to my tank and to my corals, it's really amazing, the corals look better in coloration.
from a local fish store in Hong Kong, where i'm living.:lolspin:
Tank looks great. Looks very natural.
Thank you.
very nice coral selection....and in excellent condition too.....keep us posted on your setup....looks great
Thank you. i will later post my tank's setup, but nothing special.
Is that the only recirc pump you use up top on the left.
i've a wave box on the right side, which is also RR (a Singapore brand) and a also have a tunze 6045 beside the wave box.
Great acros I've always liked the Fiji stuff
don't be alarmed if they color down they are known for
that then they come back better then ever
really? these days i really notice some change in coloration, i'm thinking about that's because of the high of the lamp that hangs above the water, so i low it down from 8'' to 6'', is it ok?
what ballast do you use w/ your radiums? thanks
i'm use the Hamilton Technology's electronic ballasts
