New stream, how loud is it supposed to be?

I just plugged in my new stream (6000). How loud is it supposed to be when running? It has a good hum to it that varies with the speed it is running. It also rattles/chatters intermittently. And it has a pretty strong vibration. I'm using a Tunze magnet mount, and on high speed, it vibrates the entire pane of aquarium glass that the pump is attached to with the magnet (and I do have the little sticky feet attached to the magnets). Any idea of this is normal, or does it sound like some kind of problem?

It sounds like the bush bearing is loose, this piece can slide forward in shipping. They do make more noise when new and this tends to go away over time but if it is extreme I would look up the bush bearing in the manual and push this piece in so it is firmly seated.
