Here comes the problems. All my water params are great (I could type them out but I assure you they are what they are suppose to be), I use 5 stage ro/di water and all that. Anyway these are the two things im worried about.
This coral was looking good for awhile but within the last day and half its started to turn black
This snail's foot looks really messed up. He is still attached to the glass and still moves but it looks really weird.
Remove as much of the necrosis as possible and dip whats left of the healthy coral in an iodine based treatment - I use SeaChem Reef Dip for this. After dipping, you can "paint" some undiluted iodine onto the infected/cut areas before reintroducing the coral to the display if you like.
That's the only way I've ever been successful treating those green leathers once they start turning black. As a matter of fact, that works really well with most leathers and some LPS as well.
Aside from that, the tank is looking good. Excellent idea using the screens to protect your new fish.
i can keep alot of leathers but every time I tried neon green nephea they turn black and melt away on me. I got small piece in nano cube not hardly doing anything.
