New Sun Coral

One of my new additions and I absolutely love it.

In all of my 20 or so reef tanks Ive had , never had tried them.

Such beautiful coloration. Been feeding mysis.

What other foods, are good , been successful with everyone?

So jealous. I have a small frag I wasn't successful with feeding and opening, sort of, so I gave up and have not fed it once for a month and two little baby heads open up every night still. Crazy. I thought for sure it would have died.

I'm not certain but from threads I have read it depends on how much you feed them. Some people say if you feed them daily they will grow fast verses few days between. I'm sure you will have no problem getting them going lol.

I'm sure it will. Thanks for the frags! Everything looks great. I just have to figure where I want everything. If you ever decide to frag your sun coral let me know. :-D

Awesome. Glad they acclimated well to your tank.

How about the yellow spot purple mushroom.

Did you see it under blue.

I'm sleepy looking at it now. Lol. It is crazy nice. Thanks. I'm going to message you tomorrow if it's not a bother. I want to ask some questions I'm debating on. Anyways, I want to see those red zoas lol. I'll hit you up tomorrow. Thanks again. :D

Wow. I hope you never get tired of any of your fish

wow ours is small but doing just as good i feed the tank with fydo plankton and part 1 and 2 stuff,,,,but on the left of the pic is that aptasia?????????/

I can't tell if that's an aiptasia or a small cabbage but you have to be extremely aggressive with any aips in a nps system. The food you give nps corals are also perfect for aiptasia and they'll explode in an nps environment. Joe's Juice is the best quick fix, AiptasiaX is worthless. I keep a half dozen peppermint shrimp in my tank to keep any chance of aiptasia infestation down. Been there, done that, nuked every rock in the tank to finally rid it of them
