My wife and I are setting up a new reef tank.its a 375 gal 96 30 30 o was wanting to get the 4 6105's with a controller.would you recommened the 7095 or 7096?tank will be 90%sps.also I don't have a laptop to program the 7096 but I do have a pc.will that work?thanks

7095 is convenient as everything is set by buttons and knobs, however the 7096 can do more and is cheaper. It only needs to be hooked up to a computer to program it, so a desktop PC is no problem, the only issue with a desktop is that to set wavebox mode with the autotuning feature you have to be able to watch the tank while at the computer so you can hit stop and save the timing that made the wave. If this feature doesn't interest you, it will work fine otherwise and you can probably find a work around if it is something you want to try, whether that is a wireless USB hub or having one person at the tank while one is on the computer (assuming the computer is close enough for the 15ft USB cable) and just have them tell you when to stop.

Thank you that was very helpful.another question the new tank has 3/4inch glass.will the magnets on the 6105 be stong enough?

The magnets that come with the 6105s are rated to 3/4" and are quite powerful and should be all you will need. If once you get them you do not feel they are strong enough you can purchase the 6205.50 magnets separately which are rated to 1"
