Hey, Pls. see thread on tank tilting from sth53. I am disgusted with my 240 without proper overflows and no closed loop because I listened to LFS when this was built 5 yrs. ago. I now know better. Was considering changing everything to create a new larger tank similar to public aquaria with the thick plex front surface. I have a new space 9'-8"w x 42"d x 8'-10h to create anything I want. Will have to get an engineer to determine structural needs to support this in my recently enclosed atrium. I also have the capability to use some natural light from the south side of my home perhaps with solar tubes. Does anyone have experience with this especially a foundation engineer?
