New tank with emphasis on anemone

I am setting up a 150 gallon tank on Saturday (I hope). Will be ordering lights, dosing, wave making items, etc. my main interest will eventually be anemones. I look to any and all suggestions. It will have a 75 gallon sump. 5x2x2 feet tank.

I was thinking ai hydra 52 times three. There are two glass braces on the top of the tank. The lights would fit nicely between them. Bubble magus dosing pump with three heads. What skimmer? What power heads? What ATO? Return pump? Will order items Wednesday or Thursday from my lfs. He can usually pick up things the next morning. What should I put down under the stand to protect my travertine floor and to attempt to equalize the weight?

Thanks for any suggestions.

What skimmer?well a very popular brand of skimmer is the reef octopus skimmer What power heads?i personally prefer Gyres i have the Gyre XF 150 and its plenty in a 180 gallon What ATO? tunze makes a great atoReturn pump?quite a number of different options just better to go bigger in my opinion on the returns. Will order items Wednesday or Thursday from my lfs. He can usually pick up things the next morning. What should I put down under the stand to protect my travertine floor and to attempt to equalize the weight?i cut a sheet of plywood to match the footprint of my stand and stained the wood to somewhat conceal it.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks a lot Hotelbravo. I will look at your suggestions. I have a Tunze ATO on my other tanks and have not been impressed. It seems somewhat Mickey Mouse and I have had some issues with both of them.

I was especially concerned about the lighting for anemone. And today I was offered some AI sols that are used at a price about $1200 less. I don't want to buy lights twice. Does anyone know if these would be good for anemone in a 24 inch deep tank? I have no idea what thes are.

I don't wish to limit what anemones I can keep in the tank. Eventually I will want to try my hand at carpets. For now it will be mini maxis and bubble tips. In six months or so. I don't want to buy new lights when I wish to go onto other anemone.

Drtrash, I have decided to go with the AI sol blues on your recommendation and that of a knowledgeable local reefer. (Not to mention the cost savings). I have ordered a Skimz Monzter SM201 Internal Protein Skimmer. I saw some recommendations on another reef central thread. It looked good. It was rated for 190 gal for heavy bioload and up to 533 gal otherwise. I do believe in over skimming also. It was on sale for $373.87 at Aquacave.

Tank comes tomorrow. I can barely contain my enthusiasm!

Thanks to those who made suggestions. They were helpful.
