New Tank

Started my first tank up about 4 weeks ago. Does anyone know where in the Nashville area that I can pick up some cheato?

Zeagle, Not sure about stores, but many of us here have balls of it in our systems. I am not one of those that has any to spare unfortuntely. give it a day or so, and someone here will chime in with a wad of it.

Fins of franklin usually carries them. Theirs are really thick strands! I have none available right now. I just threw some away few days ago.

I was in fins last week. They had some, however, it was 25 dollars.

Zeagle, check some of the selling forums. I know for a fact that on another website a guy is selling quarts baggies of it for $10 shipped. the guy ships out of Knoxville.

speaking of which i could use some more chaeto too,sean gave me tons with pods and crap in it but i have no clue what happened to it,i had to cut it down and by the time i was done it was small....maybe not a good light under my tank is why

You can just buy a shop light clip kit with the compact fluorescent curly looking bulb and look for 5500 k bulbs. You should be able to find it at homedepot which that's where I bought mine from.

Ja, I heavily used Zeagle equipment in the past. I picked up the nickname on a trip, to Punta Sur in Cozumel, from the local dive operator. I've mainly use Zeagle's Ranger and Backplate BC's now with Atomic T2 regulators instead. Do not do cold water diving or tri-mix dives anymore, so the Titanium regulators are more than adequate. That and the Atomic regulators are like sipping on air with no weight at all ...

It's not, Most give it away to people! I'm kinda far for you but your welcome to some of mine when you need it. I usually have some on hand.
Ebay had some in their store i noticed last night at the meeting, Call them if you are close. Sean is fair on those kiund of items JMO
