Frozen Cyclop-eeze and live black worms have always worked well for me.

Which anthias do you have?

I started mine on live baby brine, then moved to frozen baby brine, then adult brine, then mysis. They now eat anything thrown in the tank.

Jacob's suggestions are good choices also.

with any finicky eaters that need a little help i always use live brine because it replicates what they eat in the wild somewhat and it works great to get them started .

PE is a frozen mysis shrimp that is very nutritious and very clean . all my fish eat it with vigor and thats what i feed mine exclusively .

Live Blackworms. I have a blackworm keeper where they live and breed (although not at a self sustaining level). I order about once a month online (in fact another pound arrives tomorrow)
