Cool, welcome. Sounds like a nice setup. With your lights zoas and maybe some LPS would do you. Not sure if you have enough light for anemones.

To RC and the GIRS forum.

You can keep BTA's(Bubble tip anemones) in your set up.

What does "moved on" mean? I see it by his name?

It means that he has been "moved on", basically removed from RC. Normally this is from a serious violation of the rules, not sure what happened here??

his other post was about the frag auction. He may have re registered from an ISP address that had previously banned.

That would be my guess as well.

I seriously hope they are not banning people by IP address. The majority of people out there have dynamic IP's that change or they access the web through firewalls and share their IP's with others.

My assumption would be they ban you by mac address of the NIC on the machine that you use. That is fairly easy to track.

I doubt it, MAC addresses are usually not passed outside of the users local network. They would never make it past the first router.

You might be suprised. You can sometimes see everytime a server is hit and what programs that person is running.
