New to Nems - RBTA questions

I am new to anemones and just wondering a few things. 120 gallon. The anemones are the orange with green body variety.
Before I ask anything my tank stats: Sal 1.025 / Alk at 10 / Cal at 490 / pH at 8.3 / temp at 78-80 / phosphate at .5 (and soon to be zero)

I got 2 RBTA's from a friend about 4.5 months and have been trying to learn all I can about them. The tank has been established for over a year and they are in with a pair of black perc's (who pay no attention to them). I do realize that the percs and RBTA are not naturally found together in nature but as the anemones were a gift, I wanted to try and get them hosting. 1 of them seems to try and stay away from the lighting as much as possible but both seem healthy. They are under a single 20k 400w MH. I run the light about 6 hours a day. I have no bad parasites that I am aware of.

1. What tricks to get the percs interested in hosting?
2. Without hosting, how often to feed?
3. Any "hitchhikers" in a tank I should worry about? Stoma? Bristleworms?
4. Has anyone done vodka dosing with anemones? (for phos/nitrate?)
5. What other supplements do anemones need? Magnesium? anything?

The tank is healthy and everything I have is growing well. Just wanting to know more about these beautiful creatures. Thanks to anyone who can comment. If I am doing anything wrong, tell me.

Sometimes posting a pic (or video) of a clown in a next to the tank will give the clowns the idea, others just never take to them. I personaly spot feed my nems about once a week, and do water changes for the trace elements.
I would slowly increase your lighting to at latest 8 hours a day(i run mine 12 total, with 10 hours of full light, 2 hours atinics only), or add some t5 bulbs to extend the daylight hours.

Mine was hiding for few days (I think about 3) than he came out and moved around and now its planted in the middle of the tank(YAH!). I have two of them one GBTA and one RBTA. Got them from the same person in the same tank so hope they can get along.
