New to Profilux....

Im finally getting around to making the switch from apex to ghl but I am having some problems accessing the controller via the software when I run parallels on my mac. It keeps saying that it can't find the controller. I was able to get into my router and find the ip address for the profilux and when I type that in my safari browser I get Profilux3 webinterface and I am able to get data but doesn't look like I am able program the outlets thru that.

I have a feeling that I am not downloading the correct the files. I have only downloaded the pc software. Is there something else that needs to be downloaded? I tried to register at the ghl forum but I was denied access because it says I am a spammer. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried three different emails from two different computer systems....two different emails from my house and one from my office this morning using my work email. Nada!

Maybe Michael can get Matthias or someone else over there to take a look.
That's not right!
It's not like there is a USA tech support number you can call when having issues.
You need access to the support forum!

Michael had already emailed tech support in Germany on my behalf and I emailed them twice as well. I did receive an email from Jennifer at tech support with my username and password info.

Haahaa.... spammer. GHL systems are like a dark art. Maybe the german manuals are awesome but the english ones leave one wanting.

I took me quite a bit of work to get GHL Control Centre working on my mac with parallels.
