New to reef central

New to the site and just now getting back into the saltwater hobby. Its been 12 years since my last tank, so alot has changed and I'm rusty! I set up a 75 gallon rank 10 days ago July 20th, i added 22 pounds of live rock 2 days ago July 28th, with a 2 inch crushed corral base. Wanted to throw out my results and conditions as of right now and get back any feed back to make sure I'm pointed in the right direction. Couple other notes for the tank once again 75 gallon, lighting- fluval sea 25000k marine&reef led. Flirtation- 406 fluval canister fliter and a aqueon 75, heater- aqueon 300 watt, pumps- aqueon 950 and imagitarium 330 gph plus output from 406 canister.

Test results:
Water temp 80.6
PH 8.0
Ammonia .25
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0

My goal is a reef tank with reef feindly fish, any and all help would be much appreciated. I believe my next step is to start adding some inverts and corral? How long until a fish or two?

Have you seen any Nitrites and Nitrates in your readings yet? If not, you're system might not be cycled yet. You said you added 75g of water 10 days ago and live rock 2 days ago. I have 17g in my system with live sand and dry rock that has been in for almost 8 days and i'm still not ready. My Nitrites and Nitrates are at the peak, highest it's able to read in the tests. Now i just have to wait for Nitrites to go to 0. Took me 8 days to get to roughly half way there with only 17g of water. I imagine with 75, it would take longer.
I would suggest phantom feeding the system or adding a bit of ammonia to see it get processed.

I'm also using a bacteria additive to speed things up a bit. I'm using one by brightwell aquatics, i think is the name.

Also, i think the salinity might be a bit low? Check your salt manufactures instructions.

Yea, like others have said. Your tank is not done cycling yet. You'll see the Ammonia number rising first, and then migrate to Nitrite, and lastly you'll see the number moving to Nitrate while Ammonia and Nitrite are zero.
