New to SPS. Lack of polyp extension??

I'm new to sps. Picked up a bunch of different types of acro frags a few weeks ago. Most are doing well. I have 1 green table acro that isn't showing very good polyp extension and I'm not sure why. Where should I start to look. Flow? Light?...?

Also when does the vivid coloration return that was in the mother colonies I got the frags from? They kinda browned out. They under 150w MH about 12" from the light (6" from the water surface).
