New to the Hobby

Hello all like the title says I am new to the hobby, have had my tank up and running for only about 7 months. So far I love the hobby, even though the wife feels it is quite expensive (I am sure most of us hear the same things). I am in the Chicagoland area (NW Suburbs) so thought I would get on the forums and meet some locals that enjoy the hobby, and more than likely have a lot more knowledge than I do about it. I am looking for some small frags to put into my tank, (will post pics of my current tank) something to liven it up some.

As you can see I do not have a whole lot of corals in the tank and only 2 fish right now, (had a few die from an Ich outbreak and have been careful adding more). So if anyone is in the Wheeling area and has some frags for cheap I would be greatly interested on what you have available, thank you.

It is 65 gallon with built in filtration in the back, I didn't care for that too much because I couldn't close the top with my protein skimmer back there so I built a syphon and bought a Eshops 100 sump. But I still use the back part for extra water volume, wish I could of drilled it but I already had it filled.

Nice tank! Welcome aboard. You have some nice coraline algea growth on there. What light system are you using?

oh and don't worry about the wifes, we all know they secretly love it too. I catch mine staring at it every now and than. Lol

I am using Current USA Orbit Marine LED 48" lights. I like them. Wish I could afford better ones but they are working fine.
