New to the Nano world advice?

Hey guys so I used to have a 75 a couple years back and got rid of it bc I ended up moving. Long story short I started up again with a Nano. For lights I am running a ocean revive t247. My question is how long should I wait before I slowly raise corals to the surface? Also I raised my light intensity yesterday, when can I start to raise that again?

Over the course of 15 to 30 days bring the light intensity to where u like to keep it. Raising it daily by a percentage or 2.
Example staring intensity is 30% final intension 90% so divide the 60% difference over 30 days increasing by 2% daily.
