New tridacna and angle

I have few clams(tridacna) in my reef tank and a big angle. Until now the angle didnt touch my clams. Today i put a new clam and the angle begen to bite her.
My question is : why and what to do?

Once a biter always a biter I believe..I think most people are going to advise you to get one speices or the other outta there pronto

It's not one or the other, it's the angel, a clam will never harm other corals in the tank, one cannot say the same for the angel.

its very easy to reach in and remove the clam.you may need to break down the tank to remove the angel.that means one or the other.:p

If the angel starts to sample other clams and/or corals in the future, you'll wish you removed the angel instead of every coral/clam that it pecks at. ;)
