new tunze 6055 issue

I got my 6055 today, i found it quite noisy, if i take it off the bracket the noise improve some, if i attach it back,i hear a lot of vibration noise (not the impeller).
i had to take it off the tank, what should i do? i just got it through the mail today?
any thoughts

Did you put the rubber feet on the magnet holder? If the glass it is on is very thin, less than 1/4" an additional pad may be needed. It may also just need some time to run, they do a factory test with some vaseline in the pump, sometimes they use too much and this traps air and causes an imbalance. If you can remove the vaseline with a swab from inside the pump it will solve the problem.
