New in this version:
- level control can be programmed to be active at certain times
- new security feature: after firmware update the user first has to confirm that settings are OK, after that the controls will be restarted

-> after this update ProfiLux holds all controls - after checking the settings confirm the dialog box which appears during program-start by clicking <Yes>

I am going to do the updates for both the controller and the PC software. Should I always update the PC software before upgrading the controller firmware?

Please: Don't forget to deinstall the older version of ProfiLuxControl completely before you install the new version!

So, once I uninstall ProfiluxControl and install the newer one, I then upgrade the controller firmware and load all the saved settings from the previous ProfiluxControl? I just want to double check to make sure I don't mess anything up during this process.

They have all the same firmware. But for a ProfiLux II the new update is useless because this device has no level sensor inputs.
