new version MP40W?

hey guys i am thinking of getting t mp40w's
however i heard there is a new model or 2.0 version of this pump coming out to tackle the rust issues and other problems?
is this true? because i dont want to get this one when another model comes out a couple months later....

As we have always done in the past, we are continuously working to upgrade and improve all products that we offer. Fortunately, we make any upgrades backwards compatible and provide these upgrades to our customers at a nominal cost. If there are any new announcements to be made, rest assured we will post more information first here on this forum.
