Got my first hammer coral and this is what it looks like
Green tentacles and pink tips btw just like my frog

Awesome! I myself have a green hammer, and have had it for probably.... 8 months... Always opened up, beautiful but hasn't grown an inch that I can tell. My old Frogspawn and Hammers were SLOW growers, but once they grew it seems like they grew in huge spurts then stopped again. Waiting to see what this wall hammer I have does..

Nice piece. I have had one for several years and don't get much growth in comparison to the branching type, so don't be surprised if growth is slow.

Mine grows like crazy. I have to frag it at least once a year. At one point is was almost taking up half of my 120.

this wall hammer did not come from another reefer. Got lucky and saw it in a LFS had just came in too lol

yeah ive heard they grow very slow . But my frogspawn is growing quite fast! got a complete new head since i got it and i dont have much with it :O
