New wrasses. Quarantine questions

Hi, currently quarantining a 3new wrasses, appreciate help with following questions.

I plan to only treat with prazipro as I've had them for 2 weeks so far with no signs of ich or other disease. No signs of external parasites or flukes so is it ok to skip the prazipro dosing in the water and only soak the food in prazipro for potential intestinal parasites? How many days should i treat and do i need multiple cycles?

Do you usually treat with prazipro in the water when fish has no signs of external parasites?

Will a profilactic freshwater dip be needed before transferring fish to the DT?

Thanks

I always treat with Prazi proactively, minimum of 7 days, but usually 14 for good measure. While you can soak the food in Prazi, you run the risk of the fish not liking the taste and spitting it out. Better to just dose the tank per the directions and let it work, IMO.

Thanks for your help.
Does dosing the tank also deal with intestinal parasites?

One last question how fast do you go with light acclimation? the wrasses came from a 12 hours time difference to my tank lightperiod.
Thanks
