Newbie at Clams

Hello. I have a 55 gallon tank with 260 watts of PC on them currently. I am soon to have in a couple weeks 440 watts of VHO's. I was wondering if I could keep some sort of clam. Maybe if I put it half way up the tank or something. I don't want to go clam crazy only 1.

Try a derasa, but first research the specific care requirements of clams (Daniel Knop's giant clams is the best)

Stay away from Maxima and Crocea clams, they will need more light than that. (In most cases, MH is the only way to go)
