Newbie looking for some feed back

i am pretty new to reef keeping it self but have had come corals awhile mostly softies/polyps

I was looking at som corals for my tank and wanted to make sure my setup would be good enough for them before i get them. i was looking at zoas, a moonstone and a frogspawn to start with,

you can check out my pics to kinda see what i have for a tank

Lighting 3- 250w 14k bulbs
G-4 skimmer
36in tall tank highly stacked rock
and about 3300 gph flow

frogspawn
hammer
candies
zoas are good
palys
ricordeas
mushrooms
open brains
fungia plates
GSP
green polyp toadstool leather

beginner stuff to stay away from:
xenia-stuff is a weed worse than clovers in the lawn
kenya trees-grows mad fast, and is rather ugly IMO.
