Newbie to Anemone Care

Hi All,

I recently obtained two small anemones with a frag of zoas, which I moved onto their own rocks. Can someone ID them?

They look like mojano anemones to me. Generally considered to be pests. They don't grow quite as fast as Aiptasia but they can become pretty problematic.

Man theres been ALOT of people getting majanos as hitch-hikers with there zoa or coral they just bought. Get rid of it as soon as possible or it will spread and sting everything.

AWWW darn I was hoping no one would tell me that (as I've been target feeding them in QT and just transferred them into my nano) LOL. Ok, in the freezer they go .

i made a 2.5 gallon tank with these guys i have one in my nano and i took it out and put it in my 2.5 and they make pretty sweet looking tanks if you want to devote a tank just to them they frigen grow everywhere it looks good when properly maintained haha i know it sounds like a stupid waste of time but its cool. mainly cause i got bored.

LOL yea I was hoping they were tiny BTAs and I was getting some rockin free stuff. I'm still waiting for my GS maroon to host this rose BTA. Oh BTW it is about the same size as the BTA...will it ever host?
