I decided to splurge and finally get my favorite fish (well, one of many ;)). He arrived healthy, beautiful, and worth every single penny! Surprisingly enough, after only a few minutes in the tank, he was showing off and practically asking to be photographed.

Thanks, everyone! He's even prettier than I anticipated.

Here's a rather comical pic:

And one more shot: (photography is just too much fun! :p)

Have a good one!

Liana (you changed your screen name!), he's from Liveaquaria. I won a gift certificate at a raffle, so I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with the quality of livestock they sent - all of the fish arrived healthy and of a decent size.

Here's a pic of the midas blenny that arrived in the same order:

:lmao: Yes I did change my username...when my club hosted our annual NERAC conference back a couple months ago, my last name mysteriously got changed to Terranova...my real last name is NOTHING like that. :lmao: Nobody is sure how the mix up occured, but the guys turned it into my new name. That's what I go by now.

I have heard many positive things from live aquaria, I believe the only negatives were in regards to size. Maybe I'll have to give it a try since my new tank was just set up and it wants things that swim. :) We have some major catching up to do missy!!! :)

PS...what kinda camera do you use? (Just to stay a little on topic...;))

I have a Canon Powershot A95...just a simple point-and-shoot, but I've learned what works for the desired effect (to some degree).

Well hey, there are certainly worse names to be denoted! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Live Aquaria to anyone, as my experience was good. Shoot me a PM sometime, and we can do some chattin. :)
