Newly arrived cleaner shrimp

So I got my cleaner shrimp from saltwaterfish.com and they are both eating quite healthily, the more active of the two has a greenish sac on its left side...it looks a bit like an injury, but as I said it seems to be the healthier of the two.

Should I be concerned or is this normal?
