i hear you about the colds/flu :mad2:. i'm lucky to stay healthy for 2 weeks in a row from december thru march because of the kids

hey, the 10mi davis time trials are a couple months out so if you want to get that dizzy, lungs burnin, can't speak, legs on fire and feel like ur gonna puke feelin come on out. i did a few tt's last year and it was a blast
i remember you showing us the pics on your laptop in the inaugural TOC - way cool. i think you used the TOC and your boss' new bike to grease the skids for your orbea :lol: but you only live once my friend.
one of these days, i'd like YOU to help pull me up that sierra road in your backyard! i've limited my cycling to indoor spin classes for now but that'll soon change.

Man you really have staying power - I'm sure you have the LFS consuming much of your energy and yet here you are moving to a bigger system :eek1: Your acros must be 2 feet across by now
