Setting up a club takes a group effort and many hours in the first months. BNARC just had it's 1st anniversary. I think we have done well in the first year!
I think the most important thing is to elect leadership. This way there will be a group to set the direction. Ours was rocky at first but became smoother after the 3-4 months.
