Next step 2 part

I am moving from dosing Kalkwasser via ATO with an Avast K1 to 2 part dosing. While my Calcium has done well stay relatively close to 410 my alkalinity has been all over the place and so the manual add of BRS soda ash just keeps swinging my dkh all over. So I am moving to 2 part. I am asking for any help getting started. How often to test, how often to dose. do I dos all day or only at night.. My tank is 90 gallon mixed with some easier sps like stylos and Birdsnest. I would eventually consider balling method to improve color on the few acros and millis I have but for now any feedbac tips tricks etc are appreciated. I am putting in a Neptune DOS/DDR system next week with the BRS bulk 2 part. I will dose Mg as needed manually.. Thank you to all FRAG folk who respond. You are all the best.

Also on a side I am looking for a frag of Garf Purple Bonsai if anyone has some.

Key is testing the same time each day and knowing your system's total water volume. After you determine your system's daily consumption, using a reef calculator like this http://reef.diesyst.com/chemcalc/chemcalc.html makes it easy. I normally just test for Alk when trying to dial in my dosing. I like dosing around the clock.

Thank you. So my perception is I need to get Calcium, Alkalinity and Magnesium to the levels I believe are best for my system then continue to monitor to determine what losses happen on a daily basis to each. Once I know the loss I use my estimated total gallons and online calculators to dose back what I need. Then I program the dosing pump to spread that amount over any period of time I choose. And test all 3 daily at the same time to dial it all in.
