That is what mavgi suggested in the other thread. Or run 220v to your tank? I have it from an old Icecap 660 220v ballast. That 250 is nice!

I asked if the pump can be replaced with another and he said no. The skimmers are somehow designed just for the German pump he uses. He even went as far as saying that the skimmer on ebay is too small for me and to find a different skimmer (other than his) that will work for me.
