Went to Exotic today. Talked with Tweaked and his wife for a few minutes. Saw BigFish there too. Saw some really nice wrasses and a rare starfish that had more than 5 legs..kind of looked like a fuzzy sea tarantula. Got a great deal on GFO. If you guys haven't checked out the new location, definitely worth the trip.
 
Good seeing you too sass! Sorry we didn't get a chance to talk, the lady and I were starving and had a 2:30 appointment in the lounge!!! I'll be by your table for some sweet Z&P's!!!
 
The store is really coming along and all those wrasses were amazing. Saw at least 20 bagged and tagged during the few hours I was there.

Additionally supposedly when Bobby picked up all those hybrid fish in NY, he was told by customs that his shipment included something special. So special that they had contacted the NY museum. The shipment included a rare 10 legged starfish not seen imported in years. The luidia magnifica is a very colorful star and can grow to 33" across! Bobby stated that the NY museum/ National Geographic will be in to do an article on this beauty. I was just amazed at its coloring, size, and how fast the sucker moved across the 8 foot tank.

We were also treated to some attempts at hand feeding the black tips. He's not all there that Bobby :spin2::hmm3:

Great seeing you guys too. Everyone came in today, I was only supposed to stay a couple hours but the wife and I ended up talking shop to everyone for hours. We had an amazing day shop talking as always. We did the old store crawl from Greenwich back to EFC.
 
Amongst the store hopping, I did see House of Fins in Grenwich had about two dozen rock flowers in. Some were Ultras and was shocked the prices were darn good.

Yeah thanks to Pat I got a sick pink striped flower nem from Kris at HOF. Ill have some pics uploaded later. Got a nice yume from HOF too and a sweet red pseudochromis from EFC.
 
Tweaked, you and I must've been there at the same time . . . On the way to the "Saltwater Sunday" event at Shoreline, but I brought home one of the wrasses from EF&C - a hybrid Carpenter's - or a royal flasher, but either way, it's a lovely little fish!

It's great to see the improvement to Bob's shop since the last time I was up there two weeks ago!

Maritimer, it's possible, we love hanging in the lounge or around the tanks talking shop. Was there for hours lol
 
I'm pretty sure if you flip over the cushions on that couch there is a FUPA named embroidered on each one...lol.
