niger trigger may be sick

hey all,

I have a pair of niger triggers we acquired about three weeks ago. I noticed that one had what kinda looks like salt creep on his chin last night. This morning I noticed that that his left eye seems to have the same thing going on. The other one looks great. Does anybody have some input on what this is?
