night lighting effecting corals?

I lost a good part of my galaxia and was wondering if it had anything to do with the blue/purple night led lights I just put in. Do they mess with corals?

I wouldn't think that has anything to do with the loss of part of your coral. Check your water parameters. Is it a new coral or how long has it been in the tank. Added new fish/inverts?

water seemed fine, I had that peice for about 5 months up until that and it was always very hardy. I moved it and was able to save some of it so I am guessing it was the lunar lights. I have also noticed that my brain coral doesnt stick out its tentacles at night anymore once its under the lighting.
