Is there a really cool night light? Also how do you get the corals to be neon under lights?

As far as night lighting goes, there are lights called moonlights. You can get them built into a light unit or you can get them individually. Not sure about the flourescence of corals. I think I read somewhere on here that a 20K light will do that.
