Nikon d3200 vs Canon 650d

Put them in your hands. Go to a store and try them. They have different controls. See which one feels better. I know nothing about the Canon side. The Nikon 3200 is about the bottom of Nikon's current line, but it will take good images if used with quality glass though.
I'm 100% with Misled. The Nikon vs. Canon debate is a classic, which will probably never have a victor, because both are excellent cameras with their own strengths and weaknesses, but in the end, more important than those technical details is which one you find more intuitive and are more comfortable using. . .and that's entirely a personal choice.
I don't know much about either of those specific cameras, but even the least of Canon & Nikon's DSLRs will meet most people's needs, especially with a quality lens.

I shot Nikon for years when I was shooting film but switched to Canon when digital came out just because Nikon isn't any better than Canon but it's quite a bit more expensive. I use to shoot professional football for the Kansas City Chiefs and I can tell you that 95% of the shooters at any given game were shooting Canon. I shot a Canon 1D Mark III with a Canon 400mm f/2.8L prime lens, about $13,000 worth of camera and lens and the Nikon's where several thousand more.
That being said, shoot what feels good in your hands. If you're like me, I can make anything feel good in my hands. Our creator purposely made them so they would adapt very easily. Every new car I purchase has a different steering wheel in it and I do just fine. If you want all the quality without all the hype and extra expense, Canon is a great choice. If you have the money to spend and like the Nikon, it's also a great choice.
