Nikon D80 problem

Does anyone out there know how to get rid of the shooting data screen that shows up every time that I take a photo? It is the screen that says...

CAMERA
METERING
SHUTTER
APERTURE
EXPOSURE MODE
EXP
FOCAL LENGTH
FLASH MODE.

when you hit the play button does it also come up instead of the preview of the pic just taken?

Sounds like you need to hit your multi directional button in one of the directions to scroll through the different preview features.

try that and let me know.

Like Junior said, once the preview comes up hit up or down until you get the preview you want.
