Nitrate test question

I am using a Red Sea Marine Lab test kit and I checked my nitrates, it is pink, which on the left side (high range) says 25 and on the right side (low range) says 5.0. How do I interupt it? What does high and low range mean??? Thanks!

I am still very confused.... is this good or bad? What side of the card do I read from???

5-25 ppm of nitrate might be an issue for stony corals. I don't know how to read the kit, so I can't help narrow the range down. What's in the tank?

i was referring to the link for youtube instructions about 4 or 5 posts down i believe , i apologize i should have said so ! i dont use them either but would check youtube 4 sure ... nothing beats seeing the people that sell you the stuff using it !
