I did a 150 gallon water change this weekend and nitrate is down to 40 and phosphate is 0.2. Coralline has really taken off and the 2 Atlantic anemones are wide open and eating.Fish are healthy. No sign of any algae bloom so far.Chaeto is still growing fast and I just saw a bunch of copepods in the refugium. I think I'm making progress.
