Hey all,
Just an update,
The NMOK forums are online and in BETA stage right now. What does that mean? lets take a look.
Go ahead and point your browser to:
http://www.nmoceankeepers.com/forum
From here you can register for access and you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation that you click to activate your account. Do not fear, All your information is secured, encrypted and ONLY used for the forum. There is a zero percent chance of getting spam, spyware or viruses by just signing up.
If you are a paid member, you will have access to the members section once you PM myself or Mrs_Witchdoctor and have us add you to the members group.
The members section will give you access to items such as tank of the month / picture of the month voting, meeting minutes, club details and member contact information. BUT if you are not a paid member, don't worry, there are still plenty of places to visit and information to read.
If you would like to see different / new forums created, let anybody on the board know and we will bring it up as a vote. (obviously we can't add every topic, but since we have full control over the forum, we can customize it however we like.
Lastly: I am in no way saying to move from reef central. RC has helped us, and is a HUGE resource that should be used. NMOK Forums should be used for general chat, regional information, and club topics. All of the board members will also visit both locations periodically.
